Mareah Stallsmith currently serves as the Sustainable Nutrition Manager and previously held the position of Wellness Manager at Midwest Dairy since March 2022. Prior to this, Mareah worked at MercyOne from June 2015 to December 2021, where roles included Director of Food and Nutrition Services and Supervisor/Registered Dietitian. Additionally, Mareah gained experience as a Registered Dietitian with Morrison Management Specialists from October 2014 to May 2015. Academic accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Upper Iowa University (2019-2021), a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from Iowa State University (2011-2014), and an Associate’s Degree in Biology from North Iowa Area Community College (2009-2011).
