Rachel Brennan is a seasoned therapist at Midwest Counseling & Diagnostic Center since August 2014, known for a holistic approach to therapy combined with a sense of humor. Prior experience includes positions at Mental Health America of Illinois as a Junior Board Member and Youth Screen Coordinator, as well as leadership roles at Thresholds Young Adult Program, including Intake Team Leader and Case Manager. Rachel also operated their own practice as Owner and Therapist at Mind + Body Centered in 2014. Academic qualifications include an M.A. in Counseling from Adler University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Rachel is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development in the mental health field.
