Julie Tuggle-Nguyen PHR is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Midwest BankCentre since November 2018. Previously, Tuggle-Nguyen held various HR leadership roles at Enterprise Holdings from September 2006 to January 2020, including Global HR Programs & Services Department Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supporting a large IT division and managing multiple HR functions. Earlier career experience includes multiple HR positions at General Motors from 1998 to 2006. Tuggle-Nguyen holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
