Carissa Wacker is currently an intern at Midwest Bank as part of the Growing Together Career Scholars program through Wayne State College, gaining experience in credit analysis, risk management, accounting, and compliance since April 2023. In addition, Carissa has been a part-time bookkeeper at Wacker Farms and Restorations since March 2020, where responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, entering transactions in Quickbooks, and preparing invoices. Previous roles include customer service representative and tax intern at McMill CPAs & Advisors and Midwest Bank, with experience spanning from January 2021 to January 2023. Carissa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting at Wayne State College, expected to graduate in 2024, following a high school diploma from Plainview Secondary School obtained in May 2020.
