Vivian Livanos is an experienced general manager with a notable history in operational and financial management within the health and fitness industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Midtown Health since 2017, Vivian has provided strategic oversight for a newly acquired client and led significant financial turnaround efforts for a hospital-based fitness club. Previous roles include Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, where membership operations saw record growth, and various leadership positions within the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and Lansing, marked by successful community engagement and member satisfaction initiatives.
