Tamara Black, SPHR, SHRM SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources and business processes, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Midtex Oil since May 2019. Prior roles include Director of Business Processes & Technology Services at TIA Group - Business Simplified, and Director of Human Resources at both South Texas Oncology and Hematology PLLC and Sterling Foods. Tamara Black holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from Texas A&M University.
