Bryttani Graddick, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bryttani is currently the Founder and CEO of Talented Teams Consulting, a role they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, Bryttani held various positions at MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union. Bryttani worked as the VP Administration & Human Resources from December 2020 and later served as the AVP Administration & Human Resources before that. Bryttani also held the positions of Senior Manager Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at the same company. Bryttani's responsibilities in these roles included providing HR perspective to business decisions, counseling supervisory leadership and employees on employee relations issues, coordinating performance management efforts, facilitating career development, overseeing recruitment and staffing, benefit administration, employee relations, and regulatory compliance among other duties. Before joining MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union, Bryttani gained experience at HeartWear Jewelry as a Creator & Founder from January 2020 to December 2022. Their early career started at Kroger Company where they worked as a Front End Floor Supervisor/Accounting and Customer Service Representative, from December 2005 to March 2009. During this time, they provided customer service, supervised the front end team, and managed the accounting room. Bryttani Graddick, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive education history. Bryttani obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Mercer University Stetson-Hatcher School of Business from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme at Central High School from 2002 to 2006. Bryttani then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia College & State University from 2010 to 2012.

In 2015, Bryttani obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Before that, in 2014, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

Continuing their education, Bryttani Graddick is currently enrolled at The University of Georgia, pursuing the Southeast Region CUNA Management School (SRCUS) in Corporate Business Management, with an expected completion date in 2022.
