Jen Lightwood is a seasoned finance and education professional with extensive experience in various roles, including founding partner and CFO of MidSchoolMath, which focuses on combating the US math crisis through innovative educational tools. Jen's background includes serving as Vice President of Finance at Verisk Analytics, where critical financial operations pre- and post-acquisition were directed, as well as financial consulting for the Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund. Previous positions include controller roles at Bausch + Lomb and Zebra Technologies, alongside foundational experiences in public accounting and teaching at Colorado Mountain College.
