Moty Citrin has extensive work experience in the financial sector and academic institutions. Moty is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Financial Institutions, Structure Finance, and additional Services at Midroog Ltd., a subsidiary of Moody's. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Manager at Cogito Capital Fund.

Moty has also held various roles at Midroog Ltd., including Team Leader, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Moty has served as a Teaching Assistant at both Sapir Academic College and Hebrew University of Jerusalem. At Shoresh Institution, they worked as a Researcher, conducting impartial and evidence-based analyses of Israel's economy and civil society.

Moty's experience also includes working as an Economic Analyst at the Israel Export Institute, a Finance and Accounting Intern at the Israel Land Authority, and as a Security Officer at Hebrew University.

Moty Citrin earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2011 to 2013. Moty further pursued their education from 2014 to 2016 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they completed their Master's degree in Economics.
