Zachary Alexander is an experienced Senior Capital Project Manager at Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, having held various roles within the organization since October 2009. Responsibilities include managing large-scale public capital improvement projects, developing project scope, schedules, and budgets, and overseeing the procurement process for consultants. Prior roles at the district involved environmental analysis and GIS-based mapping. Zachary's career began with experiences as a Community Stabilization Specialist at Neighborhood Housing Services Silicon Valley and as a Laboratory Utility Technician at Serious Materials. Zachary holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University and a BA in Geography from California State University, Chico.
