Brittany Burton has a diverse work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Brittany began their career in 2018 as a Co-Founder at Burton Properties, where they helped establish and manage the company until August 2021. Brittany then joined Colgate-Palmolive as a Human Resources Business Partner from November 2020 until September 2021.

In 2021, Brittany joined Elevate K-12 as the VP of Human Resources, where they played a key role in managing the company's HR functions. Brittany then moved on to OrgShakers as a People Director in September 2021.

In 2022, Brittany held several roles in different organizations. Brittany started the year as a Founder-Creator at Windy Ridge Collective and later worked as the VP People at Midnight. Brittany also holds a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
