Renee van Baar CMILT is a Principal Transport Planner at Midlands Connect, where responsibilities include leading Rural Mobility and Decarbonisation workstreams and managing the development of the Decarbonisation Policy Playbook. With a strong background in transport planning gained through roles at WSP and Sustrans, Renee has developed skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Previous positions encompass senior transport planner, project support officer for the National Cycle Network, and volunteer roles in fundraising administration.
