Neil McGowan is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Birmingham Airport since November 2023, Neil also contributes as a Trustee and member of the Finance Sub-Committee at Midlands Arts Centre. Previously, Neil held the position of Head of Commercial Finance Europe at IAC Group, managing significant financial operations and reporting. Neil's career includes roles such as Permanent FP&A Controller Europe and Interim FP&A Controller, alongside various positions in commercial finance and governance at GKN and Deloitte. Neil's academic background includes a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAEW and degrees in German Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Birmingham and the University of Leeds, respectively.
