Jenna Ninni is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in administrative roles. Jenna currently serves as a Human Resources Administrator and previously held the title of Human Resources Coordinator at The Midland School since September 2020. Prior to this, Jenna worked as an Administrative Assistant at Spectro | Jet-Care from December 2017 to September 2020 and as an Assistant Office Manager at Cambridge Medical Capital Services, LLC from June 2014 to December 2017. Additionally, Jenna gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Institute for the Study of Child Development at Robert Wood Johnson from September 2013 to May 2014, contributing to the Sesame Street Resilience Project, which focused on children's resilience in challenging family situations. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, earned in 2014.
