Deborah Kay

Customer Service Representative at Midland Optical

Deborah Kay has over a decade of experience in customer service and office management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Midland Optical since July 2017. Prior to this role, Deborah held positions as Office Manager and Assistant Manager at Crown Vision Center from December 2012 to July 2017, and worked at Bitrode Corporation (Sovema) as a Customer Service representative, assisting American customers with parts for Italian machines from November 2011 to September 2012. Between November 2007 and November 2011, Deborah was a Patient Advocate at Express Scripts, addressing patient medication issues, and began a career at Convergys from April 2002 to July 2006 as a Data Entry specialist, where wireless service accounts for new customers were created. Deborah holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute-Arnold, achieved in 2001.
