Jennifer Phelps is an experienced paralegal with a strong background in legal support roles. Currently serving as a Paralegal II at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, since August 2012, Jennifer has developed expertise in managing case-related documents and procedures. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Legal Secretary at Asset Acceptance from 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included preparing pleadings and coordinating with attorneys and court personnel. Jennifer's career began as a Junior Paralegal at Phillips & Fleckenstein, PC from 2001 to 2007, focusing on document organization and court interactions. Jennifer holds an Associate's degree in Administrative Assistance with a Paralegal Concentration from Bryant & Stratton College - Richmond, completed in 2001.
