Jason Taylor serves as the State Managing Attorney for Kentucky and Indiana at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, since 2017. Prior experience includes Senior Attorney at Taylor Law, PLLC, where Jason represented creditors in legal collections actions, and Of Counsel at Wilson Elser, focusing on complex civil litigation matters. Earlier in the career, Jason was an Attorney at Whonsetler & Johnson, providing defense in complex civil litigation with significant trial experience. Jason holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics from the University of Louisville.
