Son Mai, MBA, PhD, currently serves as the Business Studies Program Chair and Associate Professor of Organizational Management at Midland College since August 2021. Previously, Son Mai held various teaching positions at McNeese State University from August 2007 to July 2021, including Visiting Assistant Professor of Management, Instructor of History, and Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Director/Coordinator, overseeing the initiative titled "Navigate Your Future: Charting Success Through Enhanced Advising and Career Readiness." Earlier experience includes roles as a Visiting Instructor of History and Graduate Part-time Instructor at Texas Tech University from January 2004 to August 2007. Educational credentials include a Post-Doctoral Bridge Program in Marketing & Management from the University of Florida (2019), a PhD in History from Texas Tech University (2015), an MBA from McNeese State University (2019), an MA in History from Stephen F. Austin State University (2003), and a BA in History from The University of Texas at Arlington (2000).
