Ann-Sofie Schreurs is a highly experienced Senior Scientist currently leading a team at miDiagnostics, focused on developing assays for rapid disease diagnosis using fast PCR technology. Previously, Ann-Sofie served as a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, studying the impact of spaceflight on bone loss, and held the position of Senior Scientist Staff at KBR Careers, where contributions included reviewing research proposals and organizing scientific gatherings. Ann-Sofie also worked as a Principal Investigator Scientist at NASA Ames Research Centre, investigating tissue degeneration in space environments, and contributed to the development of a biosensor for space radiation as a Scientist at NASA. The academic foundation includes a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Sussex and various internships related to cancer research.
