Jodi Felix is an accomplished collections management professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as AVP, Collections Manager at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union since January 2018, Jodi has successfully overseen collections operations. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Manager Collections at USF Federal Credit Union from February 2011 to January 2018. Jodi holds a degree from St. Petersburg College, where studies were completed between 1994 and 1998.
