Kendall Welling has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction field. In 2018, Kendall worked as an Engineering Intern for Abonmarche Consultants, gaining valuable experience in the field. The following year, Kendall served as a Construction Management Intern at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co., further honing their skills in the construction industry. In 2020, Kendall joined Dow as a Civil Engineering Lead, where they held a leadership position in the field of civil engineering until 2021. Currently, Kendall is working as a Structural Engineer at Middough Inc.

Kendall Welling pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, starting in 2016 and completing in 2020. Following this, Kendall went on to earn a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the same university. The Master's degree program began in 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2023.
