William Blanton has a diverse range of work experience in executive leadership and management roles. William has served as the President & CEO of Middleville Engineered Solutions since 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing of complex welded assemblies. William also held the role of President & CEO at Bayloff Stamped Products from 2018 to 2023, where they specialized in metal stamping and value-added services. Additionally, William was the President & COO of Quaker Mfg. Corp. and Director of Manufacturing at the same company. William has also worked in various positions at Kidron Inc, Ruger Equipment, Tusco Display, and Eaton. In 2017, William joined CORE Industrial Partners as an Operating Advisor, utilizing their expertise in manufacturing, industrial technology, and services businesses. In 2014, they were involved in corporate leadership and management as part of DWH, LLC (DWH). William Blanton completed their education in a chronological order. William first attended Perry High School from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained their High School Diploma through the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following this, Blanton pursued an A.A.S degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology at The University of Akron from 1996 to 2000. William furthered their education at the same institution and earned a B.S degree in Automated Manufacturing Engineering Technology, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002. Lastly, Blanton enrolled in Walden University from 2008 to 2010 and secured an MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Competitive Strategy, Leadership, Strategic Planning, and World Class Operations.
