Heather L. Keal has over fifteen years of experience in the education field, including roles such as Assistant Principal, RESA Mentor, and Teacher of various grade levels at the Hamilton City School District. Since 2016, they have served as Principal at Middletown City Schools.

Heather L. Keal completed their Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education with a focus on Language Arts/Social Studies at Miami University in 2004. Heather L. then went on to earn a Master's degree in Middle Childhood Education with a focus on Mathematics from Walden University in 2007. Additionally, Heather pursued various licenses in Educational Administration and Supervision at Xavier University, including Principal PK-12, Specialist in Curriculum, Instruction, & PD, and Superintendent License in the years 2010-2012 and 2017-2018.
