Mercedes Mancha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and athletics. Currently serving as a Human Resources & Payroll Generalist at Middleby Marshall since September 2019, Mercedes also fulfills the role of Women's Track & Field Coach at Streamwood High School since December 2016.
