Rachel Yoder is an experienced art educator currently serving as an Art Teacher at Southside Middle School since August 2020 and has also been working as a Substitute for Middlebury Community Schools since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Gallery Assistant at Goshen College, where Rachel assisted with gallery displays and collaborated with artists. Contributions to the community included serving as a Direct Support Professional at Goldenrod, where Rachel supported residents in their daily routines. Rachel also gained customer service experience as a Banquet Server at Bread & Chocolate Catering and Events, and as a Gardener for Cox's Nursery, assisting customers at the Shipshewanna Flea Market. Early career development occurred at Hardees Restaurants, working up to a Shift Leader position. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Art Education from Goshen College, earned from 2016 to 2019.
