Tyler Haskell is an Assistant Vice President of Strategic Investments at Middleburg Communities, where responsibilities include leading underwriting, due diligence, and evaluations of new development projects since joining the firm in July 2019. Their previous roles at Middleburg included Associate in Indirect Investments, where Tyler contributed to the restructuring and expansion of the Indirect Investment platform, and Investment Associate focused on market-rate and affordable opportunities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Leasing Associate and Development Intern at Greystar, a Client Research and Project Development Intern at NativeEnergy, and a Summer Intern at Snowden Lane Partners, as well as serving as a Service Manager at Haskell Properties. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Human Centered Design from Dartmouth College.
