Hazem Issa Alghanem is an experienced IT professional with a focus on help desk support and customer service. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk Support at Middle East Payment Services since December 2021, Hazem has also held roles at MS PHARMA as a Customer Service Advisor and at Petra Outsourcing as a Help Desk Support Specialist.
