Zeina Riachi

Zeina Riachi began their work experience in 2015 as a Medical Interpreter, providing interpretation services in a medical setting. In 2015, they also started working as an Assistant Professor at a Language Institute, where they developed instructional materials and taught various language and cultural topics. In 2017, Riachi took on the role of Account Manager at State Farm, selling insurance policies and ensuring adequate coverage for customers. In the same year, they also founded their own fashion company, Zeina Riachi Fashion, where they served as the Content Creator, Strategist, and Manager, creating numerous articles and managing the company's operations until 2021. Riachi then joined Dropbox in 2018 as a Technical Consultant, engaging with customers to improve their support and product experience. Zeina later transitioned to a Technical Writer/Content Specialist II role at Dropbox from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Riachi is working at MBC GROUP as the Corporate Social Responsibility Social Media and Communications Manager, a position they started in 2023.

Zeina Riachi's education history is as follows:

Zeina Riachi completed their M.A. in English Literature from The University of Dallas from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they obtained an English Teaching Diploma CAPES from Lebanese University in 2011. From 2005 to 2010, they pursued their B.A. in English Language and Literature/Letters from Lebanese University. Prior to their higher education, Zeina Riachi completed their high school education in the field of Life Sciences at Ecole Saint Elie des Soeurs Maronites de la Sainte Famille from 1998 to 2005. Additionally, they attended Ecole Saint Joseph des Soeurs Antonines for their elementary school education until 1997.

Furthermore, Zeina Riachi has acquired several certifications. In November 2019, they obtained certifications in "Influencer Interview: Oprah Winfrey," "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID," "Learning Personal Branding," "LinkedIn Video Marketing for Personal and Brand Pages," "Online Video Content Strategy," "The Neuroscience of Learning," and "Transform Your Personal Brand" from LinkedIn. In September 2018, they also received a certification in "Content Marketing: Social Media" from LinkedIn.
