Hussien Farouk has extensive work experience in the media industry. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a New Media Specialist for Islamonline.net at Media International. In 2010, they joined Middle East Broadcasting Corp as a Senior Journalist, where they currently hold the role.

Hussien Farouk attended Cairo University in 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications with a focus on media.
