Ayah Sedky has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Ayah started their career as a Graduate at Alexandria University in 2010 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined Makin Technology Solution as an IT Support Engineer for a brief period of two months. Ayah then moved on to Middle East Broadcasting Center in 2016, where they worked as a Network Operations Center Technician for five years. During their tenure, they monitored network performance, upgraded system hardware, and suggested improvements to hardware and software. In 2021, they joined AlFakher as an Information Technology Engineer, where they maintained software and hardware licensing, oversaw systems development, and developed the IT staff. Currently, Ayah is working at MBC GROUP as a Senior NOC Engineer, a position they started in August 2022.

Ayah Sedky attended Arab Unity School in Dubai but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Ayah completed their education at this school in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Ayah obtained the certification for "Windows Server 2016: Implementing Group Policy" from LinkedIn in July 2019. Ayah also obtained the "Cert Prep: Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (100-105)" certification and the "Learning Network Troubleshooting" certification from LinkedIn in May 2019.
