Rebecca Looijestijn has over two decades of experience in the care and coaching sector, primarily with Middin since June 1999, where roles have included Adviseur & teamcoach Kwaliteit en zorgbeleid and Coördinerend begeleider primair proces. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as a Pedagogisch medewerker at Stichting de Ark for a brief period and held an Invalkracht position at Middin/ Het Spalier. Educational credentials include a Post Hbo in Agile Lean Teamcoaching from Coach Boulevard, training in Systemisch werken from Phoenix Opleidingen, and a degree in HBO Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening from Hogeschool Leiden.
