Andrea Hong is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management and digital strategy. Currently serving as Product Lead at Middesk since July 2021, Andrea oversees the product team focusing on Identity Verification, Underwriting, and Agent services. Prior to this role, Andrea was Senior Product Manager at Thumbtack from May 2015 to June 2021, where a business unit led by Andrea achieved a 50% year-over-year revenue growth in 2020. Additionally, Andrea has held key positions in digital marketing and strategy, including serving as Digital Director for Hillary for America, where management of digital programs contributed to mobilizing 66 million voters. Andrea's background also includes consulting for national campaigns at Trilogy Interactive and supporting public policy initiatives at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Andrea holds a B.A. in Government and East Asian Studies from Smith College and has furthered education at the University of Oxford.
