JoAnn Granata serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Midcon Cables Company since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in quality management and production supervision from previous roles, including Production Manager at KYOCERA AVX and Quality Engineer at AVX Corporation. JoAnn's career highlights include supervising teams of inspectors, maintaining and improving product quality standards, and managing manufacturing processes at several medical device companies such as Arthrex and Medtronic. With a strong background in engineering and project management, JoAnn holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Technology and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as an AAS in Optical Systems Technology from Monroe Community College. Additionally, JoAnn has contributed to youth development in engineering through mentoring in the FIRST Robotics Competition.
