Nidhi Chauhan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Global Chief Human Resource Officer at MiDCOM Group since 2015, Nidhi has previously held significant positions including Vice President - HR at Beetel Teletech Limited, and General Manager - HR at Bharti Airtel Limited, where responsibilities encompassed global data and voice sales. Prior roles include Director - HR at East India Hotels, Head of HR at Escorts Group, and various managerial positions at Siel Limited and Bharti Cellular Limited. Nidhi holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Human Resources from Delhi University, attained between 1986 and 1988.
