Anand Kapoor is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the dairy and agricultural sectors. As the Founder and Vice-Chairman of Lato Milk since May 2012, Anand has led the development of Pearl Dairy into a prominent East African dairy company, collaborating with over 10,000 smallholder farmers to provide high-quality dairy products across multiple countries. In June 2023, Anand founded and assumed the role of Director at Glad AgriTech, a platform aimed at empowering agricultural productivity through connections between farmers and financing partners. Anand also serves on the Board of Directors at Rainbow International School, Uganda, contributing to one of the region's leading educational institutions. Additionally, Anand holds the position of Group Vice Chairman at Midcom Group since January 1996. Anand's commitment to professional development includes ongoing education at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and NYU Stern School of Business.
