Marv Leier has extensive experience in the media and sports production industry, currently serving as a Freelance Camera Operator for Midco Sports Network since October 2001, focusing on University of North Dakota sporting events. Additionally, Marv is the Communications Manager at the Center for Rural Health, a position held since June 2017, and has been a Producer/Director at the University of North Dakota since June 1991, where responsibilities include managing a production team and long-range planning. As a Senior Director and Freelance Camera Operator for CBS Sports since January 2012, Marv specializes in handheld camera work for University of North Dakota hockey. Prior experience includes serving as a News and Sports Photojournalist at KTHI-TV 11 from August 1984 to June 1991. Marv holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1978 and 1982.
