Michael Louis has over a decade of diverse experience in customer service and culinary roles. Currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at MIDBANK since April 2022, Michael previously held positions as a Trainer at Barclays & AWBE Bank from August 2015 to April 2022 and as a Senior Back Office Officer and Contact Center Agent at Barclays from April 2013 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a chef at Adams Donar Kabab and as an Italian chef at Pizza Mission Thomas. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Minufiya University, graduating in 2012.
