Ilker Akkus is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Midas since January 2024, Ilker previously held the position of Software Architecture Team Lead at sahibinden.com, a leading online classifieds marketplace in Turkey, from November 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, Ilker worked as an Application Architect at IBTECH A.S., focusing on CRM solutions for one of Turkey's largest banks, and as an Expert Software Developer at Turkcell, the country's top mobile operator. Notably, Ilker spent eight years at Ericsson as a Solutions Architect and Software Architect, contributing to the IoT Accelerator product's Analytics Suite and delivering customer-specific software solutions. Other experiences include software development roles at Nortel Netas and STMicroelectronics. Ilker holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
