Shanna Paulsen has extensive experience in customer operations and business transformation, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation and Reporting at MidAmerican Energy Company since September 2008. Throughout a progressive career at MidAmerican Energy, Shanna has held various roles including Supervisor of Customer Operations Support and Analytics, Senior Customer Operations Analyst, Customer Service Program Coordinator, Administrative Specialist, Billing Representative, and Customer Service Associate. Prior to joining MidAmerican Energy, Shanna worked as a Customer Service Representative at APAC Customer Service Inc from August 2003 to August 2008.
