Chris Payer is a Senior Engineer at MidAmerican Energy Company, specializing as a Gas Standards Engineer since March 2013, responsible for editing and maintaining key compliance documents, including the Gas Operating Standards Manual and emergency response plans. Previously, Chris served as Public Works Director for the City of Sioux City from 1999 to 2013, overseeing a diverse team across various departments, including Water Treatment and Engineering.
