Sandip Bagaria has extensive experience in finance and strategic leadership, currently serving as Head of Finance for International Operations and Head of Group Hedging at Midal Cables since October 2018. Key responsibilities include managing IFRS accounts finalization, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing hedging strategies across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Sandip held significant positions at Huhtamaki as DGM - Business Controller and at Vedanta Resources Plc as Financial Controller for Aluminium & Power, where contributions included financial analysis, compliance, and strategic decision support. Sandip began career as a Senior Auditor at N.K Sethi & Co. and holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, alongside advanced finance education from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier's College.
