Luke Roder has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Luke is currently serving as the CFO for Mid-States Utility, Keizer Refrigeration, Transport Refrigeration of SD, and Power Only Transport. Prior to this, they worked as a Credit and Loan Review Officer and Manager at Security National Bank, where they were responsible for managing the bank's commercial credit and loan review department and performing financial analysis. Before that, they served as a Budget Manager and Financial Analyst at the City of Sioux City, overseeing the city's budget and financial statements. Luke also worked as a Staff Accountant at Beef Products, Inc., a Tax Accountant/Rail Analyst at CF Industries, and held accounting intern positions at King, Reinsch, Prosser & Co., L.L.P. and Fitch & Graves.

Luke Roder holds an MBA degree from the University of South Dakota, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Accounting from Briar Cliff University between 2005 and 2010. Luke completed their secondary education at Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools from 2001 to 2005. Luke has also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Iowa Society of CPAs in 2014 and the Loan Review Certificate Program (LRC) from BAI (year of obtaining not provided).
