Richard Hearn has had a long and successful career in the financial industry. Richard began their career in January 2001 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MortgageHub. In this role, they were responsible for directing sales planning and market analysis activities, including market research, competitive product evaluation and selling techniques. Richard also developed and maintained customer service standards to ensure maximum sales opportunity and brand loyalty. In January 2002, they left MortgageHub to become the National Sales Director for Basis100 Inc. Richard held this position until December 2002 when they left to join Mutual Title Agency as their Business Development and Office Manager.
At Mutual Title Agency, Richard was responsible for the business development and daily operation of the Title Agency. Richard was instrumental in retaining customers through excellent customer service, communication and education. Richard also successfully expanded and opened two new locations in South Jersey. In February 2010, they left Mutual Title Agency to join Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services as their President. In this role, Richard is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations.
Richard Hearn's educational career began at Cardinal Dougherty High School. Richard then went on to study architecture engineering at Temple University. After graduation, they received certification from LinkedIn in Delivering Bad News to a Customer.
