Micah Barclay is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in hardware design and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Hardware Design Engineer at MicroVision since June 2021, Micah is focused on developing next-generation automotive lidar technology. Prior to this role, Micah worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at AR Modular RF, designing hardware for smart RF amplifiers, and at Philips Healthcare, where responsibilities included hardware embedded systems design for medical products and battery design. Additionally, Micah held the position of Lead Engineer at Eaton, specializing in hardware and firmware design. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Caltech and a Certificate in Embedded Systems Programming from the University of Washington.
