Niki Whitford

Lead, Customer Renewals APAC at MicroStrategy

Niki Whitford is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Lead for Customer Renewals and Customer Success for the APAC region at MicroStrategy since April 2020, after previously holding roles as Snr. Customer Success Manager for ANZ & ASEAN and Customer Success Manager for ANZ. Niki's tenure at MicroStrategy follows a period of extended travels and earlier roles including National Managed Services Renewal Specialist at Dimension Data, where accountability for revenue and client relationships was paramount, and as Order Processing Officer & Sales Support at Central Innovation. Niki began a career in customer service and sales support at Hemisphere Technologies and completed an internship as a Policy Officer at The Centre for Volunteering. Niki holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Community Development from Murdoch University.
