Jeff Courcelle is an accomplished professional in User Experience and Design, currently serving as Senior Vice President at MicroStrategy since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading the development of Enterprise AI and Analytics and establishing a strong design culture within the organization. Previously, Jeff held roles as Vice President of User Experience and Design at Vantiv, where a global design methodology was implemented, and as Design Director and Principal Product Manager at Litle & Co., where the industry-leading analytics application iQ was created. Additionally, experiences at Fidelity Investments, Wipro Consulting, NerveWire, and Extraprise contributed to a comprehensive background in design leadership and methodologies. Jeff earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Technical Communications and Interaction Design, as well as Hypermedia Authoring and Application Design & Development from Clarkson University.
