Kellye Kuh is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy, currently serving as the Global Team Lead for Geography D&I Integration and Activation at Microsoft. With extensive experience across various regions, including Asia and EMEA, Kellye partners with business leaders and HR to implement Microsoft's D&I initiatives. Previous roles include leading D&I efforts in Central & Eastern Europe and managing enterprise-wide D&I solutions. Kellye co-founded coaching initiatives to empower women and foster self-development, while also holding managerial positions in marketing and community strategy at prestigious companies such as Amazon and Bing. Kellye holds multiple advanced degrees in Counseling Psychology and Theology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, alongside a BBA in Finance and a BS in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, enhancing a background that uniquely combines business acumen with a commitment to fostering inclusive environments.
