Cathy Holmes is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in delivery management, government operations, and cybersecurity initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Delivery Management at Microsoft since February 2022, Cathy ensures high-quality project delivery in partnership with area account teams. Prior to this role, Cathy held the position of Director of Government Operations at RiskIQ, focusing on strategic initiatives and enhancing government market approaches. At SAS from 2012 to 2021, Cathy led the Global Cybersecurity Initiative, growing the practice significantly, and held various roles including Principal Program Manager and Senior Consulting Manager. Cathy began a career in software engineering with positions at Conquest Systems, Vision Systems & Technology, and the United States Department of Defense, culminating in a solid educational foundation with degrees from Loyola University Maryland and Penn State University.
