Having multiple positions in several companies in Jeannette's early years, and organizing important documents, her skills were honed to take the role of Director of Administration and Accounting at MicroShare. When MicroShare was incorporated in the year 2000 and she took the position and title as President, becoming a HUB – woman-owned business in the state of Texas.
