Putu Monica Christy is an experienced professional with a strong focus on women's economic empowerment, digital financial inclusion, and gender equality and social inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Specialist at MicroSave Consulting since December 2020, Putu leads and supports technical delivery for research and project implementation by collaborating with various stakeholders, including government entities, private sectors, and civil society organizations. Previous roles include MAMPU Programme Coordinator at Cowater International, where Putu managed strategic project operations to enhance women's access to services, and Program Manager at Tulodo, addressing local economic development and women's empowerment. Putu also held positions at Leeds University Business School, Kopernik, and PT. VIC Indonesia, gaining a diverse background in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Enterprise from the University of Leeds and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Local Economic Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
